West Lincoln Optimist Club

"We Bring Out The Best In Kids"

Volunteer

The West Lincoln Optimist Club is ran solely by volunteer staff for the benefit of our children and for our community.  There is no better way to contribute to your community than by being a positive influence on our children.  There are several ways that you can volunteer your time to assist us with "Bringing Out the Best In Kids".  Volunteers are always needed to assist with the concession stands at our home football game, as well as during our other sporting events at the park or at one of the local school facilities.  Another way is to volunteer your time to help us as we work to keep up our park doing cleaning and maintenance work.  For those that want to contribute even more time, we have opportunities to coach our different teams, volunteer for administrative positions just to name a few.

Many of the staff and current volunteers were once the children in our community that participated in Optimist Activities.  The spirit of giving whether it be time or money is a great way of investing in the future of the West Lincoln Community and will also ensure that for many years to come, Optimist programming will continue to be an influential part of our children's lives.

Will you volunteer today?

Parent Committee...

We welcome parent participation and have started a Parent Committee.  We are asking any and all parents to be involved in decision making, participate in fund raising, and assisting on home football games.  Your ideas are important and are always welcomed!  We want to make this the best season for our kids ever.

If you are interested in volunteering with the West Lincoln Optimist Club, contact Chris White at (704) 530-9340 or Candie Christoper of the Parent Committee at (704) 740-7167.
